- On a typical day, it will take you 45 minutes or less to get from Downtown Milwaukee to any point in Lake Country. The fastest route connecting the two is I-94, covering a distance of approximately 25 miles.
- Some of the most prominent lakes in Lake Country include Pewaukee Lake, Nagawicka Lake, Oconomowoc Lake, Okauchee Lake, Pine Lake, Lac La Belle.
The largest lake, not just in Lake Country but the entire Waukesha County, is Pewaukee Lake. It covers a total of 2,437 acres and has a maximum depth of 45 feet.
